1. Shipping Zones & Rates
We proudly offer Free International Shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries.
- Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders
- Priority Insured Shipping: FREE — Includes tracking and protection against loss or damage during transit.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Since we source our innovative gadgets directly from global manufacturers to provide you with the best pricing, shipping times may vary depending on your location:
- United States: 7 – 15 business days
- United Kingdom / Europe: 8 – 18 business days
- Canada / Australia: 10 – 20 business days
- Rest of the World: 15 – 30 business days
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to high seasonal demand, weather conditions, or customs processing.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number and a link to track your package. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal.
5. Multiple Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You may receive one item before the next — don’t worry, the rest of your order is on its way!
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
InnoDeviceHub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately at service@innodevicehub.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
InnoDeviceHub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer to investigate further.
