Thank you for shopping at InnoDeviceHub. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality innovation for your home. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and tags included.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at service@innodevicehub.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
  3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without prior authorization.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, InnoDeviceHub will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no extra charge.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal Care Items: Hand massagers, neck massagers, or any wellness products that have been used.
  • Digital Products: Downloadable software or activated electronic devices.
  • Personalized / Custom Items: Any products customized to your specifications.
  • Clearance / Final Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

5. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at service@innodevicehub.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at service@innodevicehub.com.
