1. Where do you ship from?

We source our products directly from top-tier innovation hubs and manufacturers in Asia. This allows us to offer the latest technology at factory-direct prices without middleman markups.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders worldwide — no minimum purchase required.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing takes 1–3 business days before shipment. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7 – 15 business days
  • UK & Europe: 8 – 18 business days
  • Canada / Australia: 10 – 20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15 – 30 business days

4. How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s portal.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via PayPal guest checkout — no PayPal account required.

Don’t have a PayPal account? No problem — simply choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” at checkout.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.

9. What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at service@innodevicehub.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

10. Do these electronics work with my country’s voltage?

Most of our smart home devices and electronics are designed for global use (110V–240V). Please check the product description for specific voltage details. A plug adapter is usually included for your region.

11. Why are your prices lower than big-box retailers?

By working directly with manufacturers and skipping expensive retail storefronts and traditional advertising, we pass those savings directly to you. You get the same (or better) innovation without the “brand tax.”
